I’m Kristy —
At just 31 years old, I had a hysterectomy that triggered early menopause — and with it, a wave of confusion, frustration, and depression I never expected. I understand the hot flashes, the weight gain, the body aches, and the deep feeling of losing yourself.
But I also know healing is possible.
Through Reiki, setting healthy boundaries, and using essential oils to support my body and spirit, I found my way back to my authentic self.
Now, I'm here to walk alongside you — to help you heal, reconnect, and reclaim your life without all the wrong turns and detours.
