I’m Kristy — and I’ve worn a lot of hats in my life.
Caregiver. Advocate. Entrepreneur. Writer. Coach. Healer.
But no matter what role I’m in, one thing has always guided me: the deep belief that women deserve to feel free, supported, and seen—in both their personal healing and their purpose-driven work.
After years of burnout, chronic stress, and navigating life on everyone else’s terms, I made a conscious choice to create something different—for myself and for the women I serve.
That’s why I founded Sacred Healing with Kristy, a space where women can reconnect to their energy, intuition, and worth through Reiki, intuitive healing, essential oils, and personalized support. It's also why I launched KDVA Solutions, where I help soulful entrepreneurs reclaim their time by offering grounded, reliable behind-the-scenes support for their growing businesses.
